Jeff was great! He was prompt in all of his communications and receptive when we had questions. They got right after the job and completed it, on a weekend in a day and a half! All around we are really glad we chose Thirsty Lake! You won’t go wrong with Jeff!!!

We had a very good experience with Thirsty Lake. I highly recommend them. Very informative, professional and efficient.
Near impossible to get a hold of. I was coming from out of town and needed to make arrangements to meet Jeff at the shop to buy a part. On my final call, Jeff told me that I'm wasting his time and this isn't worth his efforts. He could have shipped me the part, instead, chose to be rude and caustic. He advertises that he sells Trimetric products, but refused to sell them to me. Poor customer service, poor communication skills. Good luck if you choose to use him!
