Had what I needed
It was 2:30 PM on a Saturday. My 7 1/2 year old car battery was bairly alive. I asked to buy a battery. Got a reasonable price with trade in. I said I've never switched out a car battery but it looked easily doable. The sole employee on duty (Jeff?) said he needed to stay in side but I could use their toolbox. Started the job by picking the correct size socket. Before I could figure that out Jeff shows up, gets the right socket and in 5 minutes completes the exchange. We go back inside.
