5 stars! Brought my older bike back to life with care and style, and for a reasonable price. And it didn’t take weeks, even with a walk- in during the height of spring! Will be bringing more bikes to Third Wheel.
Great spot with a really good vibe! Definitely worth checking out. Terry took care of our bikes the same day, just a few hours after we walked them in. Super welcoming from the start and really thoughtful in figuring out exactly what the bikes needed without trying to upsell anything. You can tell he cares about the work and the people coming through.
Terrible experience trying to order a bike from them. After 3+ weeks of being told (in-person) the bike we had ordered was coming, we followed up by e-mail and received a response telling us we had never ordered a bike and the shop and its owners have no recollection or paper trail of our order. Note to future buyers, if you order in person, make sure to request an email confirmation of your order otherwise the owners will play dumb and tell you they never spoke to you in the first place.
