Terrible experience trying to order a bike from them. After 3+ weeks of being told (in-person) the bike we had ordered was coming, we followed up by e-mail and received a response telling us we had never ordered a bike and the shop and its owners have no recollection or paper trail of our order. Note to future buyers, if you order in person, make sure to request an email confirmation of your order otherwise the owners will play dumb and tell you they never spoke to you in the first place.
