The staff there are the most caring people I've ever met! They truly care about the kids there. When I picked up my son, his therapist wished his continued best. And cried when we were pulling away with him.
Not gonna get into it. But I agree with these comments. Not all but some. Some of them were wild.
The most abusive residential program I’ve ever been in as a teenager. The staff in charge were manipulative, abusive, and consistently made promises they couldn’t fulfill to take advantage of residents. I definitely would not recommend sending your child to here with Kim still in charge or Emily being a Karen. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down yet for child neglect by REFUSING residents basic necessities or rights when convenient for them. The staff were manipulative, abusive , and consistently made promises they couldn’t fulfill to take advantage of residents. They even fired a Black staff member for refusing to get the jab. Kim was the main Karen here being very EXTRA. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down yet for child neglect by refusing residents basic necessities or rights when convenient for them. Very unprofessional, Pontiac staff DID a BETTER job. Thanks for wasting over 2 years of my life!
