He was very through about the tests and possible results
I first met Dr Castillo over 20 years ago. His care and ability to communicate openly and directly impressed me. I did not need his surgical services then, but when faced with a need three years ago, he was the first and only doctor I considered. During what could be a stressful time for many, his calm and professional demeanor was as important as his skills as a surgeon. I felt heard, important and cared about. My experience was excellent and I cannot recommend Dr. Castillo and his assistant, Lisa more highly.
First time meeting Dr. Castillo for surgery consult. A very pleasing experience! Kind, respectful, caring & excellent bedside manners. RN Lisa was fun & great to deal with as well as the front office staff. Can't wait to get my surgery done.
Outstanding Surgeon! Dr Castillo is an expert on Gall Bladders. I’ve been in pain for 2+ years with various doctors NOT understanding what a dysfunctional GB is and connecting symptoms with cause. Dr Castillo figured it out in 5 mins after listening to all my symptoms and within 1 week GB was removed. Every single symptom is GONE and everything Dr Castillo said about surgery and post op instructions was spot on. He’s awesome and knows his stuff. A very professional Doctor!! He is friendly and takes time to explain everything having to do with your medical condition! He took care of a hernia I had for decades and I am much better! An excellent doctor/surgeon, I would recommend him to friends, family and anyone else who needs a very good doctor
