I’ve had 5 different dentists here in 3 years. I’m not sure what the turnover is about, but if their billing and service are any indication, I understand why dentists and patients alike are leaving.
Not good! I left right after x-rays were taken. I was told they could not locate my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. My insurance changed at the beginning of the year and I did not have the card nor was I certain of the provider. That is my responsibility; however, I have been a patient at this office for close to 15 years…thru mergers and acquisitions…yesterday I felt like a stranger.
