Literally the best therapist I've had over years of having terrible therapists. I didn't give up and found her though! She was so culturally competent and kind to me. So so empathetic and knowledgeable about what she was talking about. I feel I made a lot of progress in my healing journey thanks to her and the little tasks she'd give me each week. Awesome therapist 🩷
Charmagne is wonderful. Always full of helpful ideas and support and really makes and effort to help even if the problem is out there. No judgment just support!
Blew UP my phone and e-mail to show up !!!and remind me of the appointment over 15 messages and I already had in my calendar. Arrived 15 min before apt like asked waited 20 min into appt NO ONE SHOWED UP ! No one called !!!!! This is by far the most unprofessional counseling practice I have ever experienced. Not to mention they never reached back out to RESCHEDULE , I would suggest finding someone who shows some care for patients time and energy .
I had a wonderful experience working with Charmagne Grove. She listened attentively to my goals, concerns, and areas of difficulty, and provided practical tools, strategies, and alternative perspectives that helped me develop more positive self-talk. She also encouraged deeper reflection during our sessions, which I found incredibly valuable. Charmagne was consistently compassionate, professional, and easy to talk to. She was flexible, highly communicative, and responded to follow-up messages and emails in a timely manner.
