Very very unprofessional and non compliant to noise regulations in a residential area. Cursed at neighbors for complaining to him about starting work at 5:30 am, proceeded to tell the neighbors to "get a job and maybe you wouldn't live in an apartment"! Also needed to sit in his truck and call around to figure out legally when they could start implying he is not aware of basic laws and regulations pertaining to his contracts. In response to *******’s review of our encounter, I was confronted by the three tenants living in the neighboring triplex building across from the triplex building that I am working on. I was being cursed at by all three individuals and that prompted me to reply out of character, for that I apologize.
