I have paid for an AKC pedigree sheet with my dogs lineage that does not exist. I was able to speak to someone at third party and was told they would handle it and get back to me. Since then, there has been no one to answer their phone. When prompted to leave a number and they will call within 24 hours, that is a hoax. I have been waiting for 6 days and keep calling. I need a refund for the pedigree that AKC has since confirmed and told me doesn't exist.

A SCAM they. make you think they are part of the AKC program you signed up with at the pet store, and are registering the microchip, which you could do on your own, and then they charge you 8 times what AKC company charges you when you register the product. I tried to cancel immediately (2 days ago) and tried to cancel the credit card charge and couldn't. I will dispute the charge now. They charge $40 and the AKC people charge $6.00. WHAT A SCAM!
