I had some older appraisals updated as well as some new ones done. Great to deal with and done while you wait, right in front of you. They have a great selection of rings at very affordable prices and no high pressure sales staff when looking. Been going to them for over 15 years and will continue to support smaller businesses that really care about their customers. They have an amazing program that stores your appraisals and you can view them at any time and not worry about misplacing paper copies.

All these great reviews and I left with no answers! Waste of time. Brought in something to be appraised and I was looked at like I didn't belong there. Probably my fault for going to the old grouchy looking guy. Didn't do anything but talk smack and look at the jewelry. No tests, no feedback, nothing. I should have talked to the 2 guys sitting at the desk by the door. They were more cheerful but didn't offer any help. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for appraisals. Overall, a fantastic job!
