One of the most unpleasant business experiences. I’ve applied and been pre-approved several times over the past few years as I’ve searched for a house to buy. The time, my loan officer was not the friendliest. I can deal with that. But I made the mistake of calling her one day at 415pm, and the bank had closed at 4pm (rookie mistake I guess). I usually visit the bank counter at least once a month. The tellers are so nice. They don't have a lot of employee turnover and these days that says a lot about a place. I always have a good experience. I wish their savings interest rates were a little better, I would keep more money there.
This is the best bank ,it offers the best rates .the employees in this location are super nice.Gloria is very very nice and very helpful.she always finds the best rates for customers.I would highly recommend going apply for any loans to this bank and Gloria would take care of it !
