2 times my appt was canceled less than an hour before. First time my appt was booked with someone who doesn’t do consultions (booked 3 weeks before) so no reason for waiting less than an hour before to call me to cancel it. 2nd time they called me 40 min before my appt to let me know I didn’t have a referral when I specifically asked the lady booking my appt if I needed one and she said no. We drove 70 miles for my appointment on 3-24-25 that was confirmed by text a few days earlier. Upon arrival there were 5 other patients waiting in the hallway. The office was locked & there was no note on the door. Nor had any of us received a text/call/email explaining the closure. I had to bring my wife with me as she recently had surgery & cannot be left alone. I am aware that things happen BUT to not be informed prior is not only disrespectful but unacceptable.
