I have been to this salon twice and both my experiences were less than acceptable. The first time was about 6 months ago with Carli. I had her pre-lighten some of my hair to put a magenta color in and the rest was a dark brown base color. While she was blow drying my hair I noticed a spot in the front that didn't take the color, it was still bleached out. She finished blow drying and was ready to send me on my way.
