It’s great to see a place like this in Amarillo. The salt therapy room is so relaxing and a perfect fix if you have sinus issues or a cold or just need some down time to relax and reenergize. The ambiance is calming and they even offer yoga classes. Can’t wait to go back!
I absolutely Love Third Coast Salt!!! The staff are absolutely amazing, the salt therapy is my “be still” place plus its really helping with my asthma issue & the holy yoga is a Godsend...I don’t always like it, anyone who knows me knows I hate to sweat, I’m the old woman of the group(LOL) but every time I go I walk out refreshed in my body, soul & spirit & I’ve met some really precious young ladies! Third Coast Salt is a blessing!!
This place is so amazing!!!! If you have not tried salt therapy you are missing out!! It’s the perfect getaway to increase your energy, clear your sinuses, and airways and improve skin disorders!! This time of year our skin becomes dry and itchy and complications like those of eczema and psoriasis act up. Salt therapy can greatly improve these conditions!! Try it you’ll love it!
We LOVE ThirdCoast SALT!! I had struggled with pain in my lungs for the last couple of years since having pneumonia. I had my first salt therapy and felt better instantly. After our first session my husband reported sleeping better than he had in years. I now have a membership and am a firm believer in what SALT has to offer!
