I used Third Coast Heating and Cooling back in August when the flooding in Milwaukee occurred. I cannot not say enough good things about this company and the team. Sam was extremely responsive when I initially inquired and got someone out very efficiently to look at my A/C and furnace. Honestly, I don’t know if there’s enough room to write everything that I would want to say. My heat went out in my father‘s house which is a duplex I own. He’s 86 years old at the coldest time of the year November. I made a call to Giovani. He went out of his way the day after Thanksgiving to get to my house that morning early 8 am when he was out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. He got the heat running just enough. I contacted 5 HVAC companies this summer for an emergency AC repair at my rental property. 3rd Coast was the only one to respond, and they came out and completed the repair within a few hours. I signed up for their monthly maintenance program that day, and just had them out again to inspect my furnace. Jovany was professional, personable, and transparent about the work that needed to be done. Fantastic customer service and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!!
