I had a great experience with third coast. They were able to come out and repair my AC unit within a couple days of calling. My ac unit just needed a new coupling put in and the line repaired, and they didn’t try to upsell me a new unit or anything else. And then when I had another issue with the unit and the furnace leaking some water, they sent Cody out to me the same day, when they were busy and it was the middle of summer, and had it fixed quickly. We needed help with our ACs zoning, and Rogelio and his team did a great job. He was very helpful with the assessment and outlining what the process would be. Our AC is working much more efficiently upstairs/downstairs now!
Very friendly and professional. Indicated the simple AC fix (capacitor). Took about 1 hour. I asked whether they offered an semi annual service (winter /summer) after the great service. The price for the service was very reasonable. Thanks guys.
