John and his crew at Third Arm Construction replaced my flooring, carpet, and did some electrical and handyman work. They did a great job, and were quick about it. John was always responsive when I would contact him, and kept me updated with the progress. I would highly recommend them.

John and the team at Third Arm Construction helped us re-envision our entire basement. We didn’t change any of the actual existing footprint, but we did bring in new surfaces, floors, and appliances. The team did an amazing job. Our basement went from a time capsule 1957 to 2024. We absolutely cannot say enough about John and the entire team.
