John and his staff created a living space for our family that is so beautiful. They remodeled the entire condo, moved walls, added a master bath, and moved the laundry room. They worked with our architect, structural engineers, and inspectors to complete the job. I have used his staff for additional work I have had done and will use again.
After obtaining multiple quotes, we hired Third Arm Construction, Inc. to paint our home that greatly was in need of a repainting. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the project! It's been a pleasure working with John. He helped build a second story deck, a paver patio, and leveled and installed sod in our backyard. He finally made our backyard useable and a place we enjoy hanging out. He is responsive, kept us abreast of all plans and updates, and his crews always showed up according to the planned schedule.
After a devastating wind storm last November caused a tree to fall on my house in Redmond, I hired John and his crew for the repairs. The were truly exceptional. John managed the entire process with great professionalism and expertise, making a very stressful situation much easier to handle. The quality of his work is outstanding, and my home is now fully restored. I highly recommend John for all kind of home remodel projects!
