RecommendedWe would highly recommend Third and Main to anyone, but especially those undergoing treatment a UF Proton Institute. The apartments have everything you will need for an extended stay. Comfortable accommodations within walking (about 1 mile) distance from the UF Proton center. Managed by friendly, helpful staff. Nice restaurant downstairs. Priced very reasonably.

Third and Main was such a blessing while I was in Jax. It made me feel very comfortable and the staff was amazing. I loved taking walks in the neighborhood. There are many beautiful homes and parks in the vicinity. Also I walked over the Blue Main Street bridge almost every day. Thanks to everybody at T&M.
