We specialize in providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience while visiting Jacksonville. Our on site managers provide social gatherings and events on a weekly basis. All of our suites are fully furnished with flat screen TV's, cable, WIFI and Ethernet access. All utilities are included, water, electric, garbage and sewage. I stayed stayed at the 3rd. and Main Apts. while undergoing treatment at UF Proton Institute from March through Mat 2022. The apts. are wonderful and the staff are outstanding. Melissia and Sherry made me feel at home daily. They are willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The apts. are only a mile from the Proton Center making the daily trip very quick. RecommendedThis location was perfect for UF Proton treatment. The apartment was very comfortable and furnished nicely. We felt comfortable going for walks during the day and early evening. The staff, Melissa and Sherry were very friendly and efficient. The information book in the apartment was very helpful with places to go and check out when we were able. Third and Main is close to the Proton Center. The property managers do everything they can to make your stay away from home as pleasant as possible. Good restaurants are nearby. They try to keep everybody socially connected. It is a nice place to stay.

Third and Main was a wonderful place to stay during my treatments at the UF Proton Therapy Institute. It was very easy to make the reservation and the staff is extremely helpful. UFPTI is only a short drive away and it is convenient to a number of restaurants and the downtown and San Marco districts. It was nice to be staying in a place where other patients are staying . The social interaction with other proton patients is very helpful.
third and main was perfect for my 6 week stay. for treatment at ufproton .everything from the location to the spacious fully equipped apts....to the gated parking ...even has an onsite restaurant...BUT the biggest asset to third and main is the property mgr Melissa!! she knew I was alone for my cancer treatment she not only reminded me to wear my hat..helped me get groceries ….etc etc...great personality as well as remaining professional Melissa also keeps us all informed of all the activities and great places in springfield... read more
Very good safe place to stay for your treatment stay. Melissa & Debra were very helpful and provided information as needed. I really like the gated parking for your vehicles making it very safe and why I originally selected Third & Main. Its only a very short drive or walk to the UF Health Proton Treatment facility which makes it very easy for the daily treatments. Thank you Melissa & Debra for your services.
Third and Main was very comfortable. It was the perfect place to be while my husband had treatment at the Proton center. Melissa and her staff were very helpful and very nice to work with. She makes sure everyone is aware of activity’s at Proton center plus she has activities at Third and Main. Could’ve ask for any place to stay that was more convenient.
Superbe endroit sécuritaire est très près de la Proton thérapie (5 min). Super-propre est près de tout comme le zoo, les supermarchés(Publix 10 min), downtown (5min) et 25 min de la plage. Plusieurs resto à proximité(essayer le chinois 2min à pied). Un gros merci à Melissa qui s’occupe de ses clients avec attention.
