Very thorough. Gave me more hope than I had expected. But I didn't get instructions re. PRP, where to have that done. I did call the office back twice to make an appt for PRP. Still have not received and call to actually make an appt.
Very nice and on time.
I had one of the most unpleasant experiences. He seemed uninterested and had no empathy. I left feeling unheard and disappointed.
