I ordered 2 pair of glasses from Thin Optics and 1 pair arrived with a defective stem . I went online and sent a picture of the glasses and within a few minutes Miguel from customer service emailed me that they would be sending a new pair . The customer service displayed by Thin Optics is second to none . I highly recommend their products .
