Completely Unprofessional I called asking to speak with a manager, and without any attempt to help or answer questions, Sydney hung up on me. Her attitude is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your organization. She clearly needs TONS of BASIC phone etiquette training. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
