Very disappointed with ThinkInsure. I’ve used thinkinsure for roughly over 7 years and thought they were alright, Unfortunately, I was beyond !! Denise Snider Phillips handled my policy, and after I contacted her about an incorrect vehicle on my quote and clearly asked for my existing coverage to remain the same, I later discovered that my comprehensive, collision, rental coverage and other coverage had been removed from my policy. Every time I call doesn’t matter what day it is I’m on hold for over 3hrs minimum. Probably the worst insurance company for convenience ever.
The rates can be good however what’s the point if you can’t get a hold of anybody and sitting on the phone for hours on hold. I emailed specific broker to get automatic reply’s saying you have to call them. Going in circles. You would think they would have a call back option. This is the reason I didn’t renew my policy with them and used a different broker you can talk to in person and get email responses.
I would recommend Betsy Bannon to everyone. She was really prompt and found a great deal for me.
Getting an auto policy set up was easy, but if you’re an existing customer calling about an existing policy, prepare to stay on hold for HOURS. I’ve called multiple times over the past few months to ask a question about my existing auto policy. Each time I had to stay on hold for at least 30 minutes before anyone picks up. Each time the lady after who picks up after 30+ minutes is simply a router who then sends me to another hold line for even more time. Outrageous!
