The therapist I had built trust with left the practice, and the transition afterward was handled poorly. I am so happy with our overall experience with Thinkahead Consultant Psychologists Pty Ltd. The reception staff have always provided a friendly and professional experience when booking and rescheduling appointments for us. We are also so grateful for the sessions with Sarah. Her calm, intuitive nature and wonderful guidance has made such a big difference in only a few months.
We have now worked with Speech Pathologist Lindsay with all four of our children over the past decade or so. She has helped solved some tricky/unusual speech patterns twice now. Our big kids - now teens, still speak of their time working with Lindsay fondly . Our youngest has just completed a series of sessions and she had some much fun each week and we managed to correct her issue quickly and with minimal fuss.
