Had van reservations at 7:30 am for pick up - van was there but no keys or furniture pads - had to wait till 9am when office staff arrived to get both. Vehicle windshield was full of dead bugs and no wiper fluid. One rear tire was flat and other had a chunk out of it making it extremely dangerous to drive. This was not the experience that I normally get from U-haul. Very disappointing.
I needed a trailer for moving for my first time and even thought this location didn’t have the trailer i was after the employee who had helped me, conner had done a great job of making sure i got exactly what i wanted when i needed it at a even more convenient pick up location for me! thanks so much
I love my storage space. it's gigantic and isn't very expensive. I wish that they would allow 24 hour access for businesses such as mine though like other storage places have allowed. also I hope that they are spraying my unit for spiders
