I arrived in the middle of a big rain storm. Ashton went outside and connected the trailer himself. 5 star customer service!
WOW! Ten stars! We could not recommend this location or this team more highly. Last week, we unexpectedly had a large delivery arrive one day early to our unit and we were not there to meet the driver, nor were we prepared to unload the truck at that time. The owner of Think Storage and his son personally jumped into action immediately and before we could get there they had already secured a forklift to borrow and were hard at work unloading our delivery in the pouring rain.
