I've been with the company for about 3 years now. They've had to come out multiple times in that timeframe to repair their broken equipment. Here is the kicker, they'll charge you for their defective equipment, and they won't tell you ahead of time you'll be charged. Talk about an unexpected cost . However I still will rate 3 stars because the service is easy to use, and so far, more of my interactions have been pleasant.
