I would not recommend Think Real Estate Services. I was puzzled with several inquiries with people with huge, aged dogs and since my condo had NO pet policy. To my disappointment, I found DOM( date on the market) was 90 days since Michelle did not bother to take off the listing while it wasn't available to show. For this and many other reasons, I wanted to cancel listing contract with them and start over with new broker.
