Horrible management.
I set up an apartment viewing with Christen Paleologos, an agent at Think Properties. When I arrived for my appointment I texted Ms. Paleologos as instructed. She replied, telling me that the unit had been rented already. It's unfortunate that Ms. Paleologos didn't have the common courtesy to call, text, or email me ahead of time, instead preferring to have me waste 40 minutes commuting to the apartment.
