They are slow regardless of if you have an appointment or not. Not the place to take your friends. They aren't grateful for double the business and tips. They'll treat you like a burden. Repeat business is not rewarded or appreciated. We won't be back.
I got my nails done for my college graduation and once I got the chance to really look at them, I noticed they were very uneven. I went into the salon about 4 days after I got them done because I was busy with family being in for graduation and the service I received was horrible. The nail technician who did my nails was extremely rude to me because I asked to see the color options for the nail polish to make sure I gave her the correct number for the gel polish I had on my nails. Best nail salon in St. Charles!
went in for Mani and pedi with another female and my daughter and out of the 3 of us hers turned out great. I had the full set done and here we are a week later and the nails are falling off. what a waste of money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. when the other girl and I talked to the owner she gave back part of what she paid but nothing can fix my feet and I live in Iowa so can't fix my nails either. what a joke.
I went in for a gel manicure. The technician who did my nails was an older woman and was incredibly rude to me. She was not personable and yelled at me, too. My nails don’t even look that great either but I still tipped $5 when I shouldn’t have tipped at all but felt pressured by the technician. I wasn’t a fan of the set up of the salon, either. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I came in yesterday at 3 for a pedicure with my friend. We both got the dream pedicure. my friends pedicure was amazing. mine not so much. my tech started 10 min later and I ended 5 min before my friend. she mixed the scrub with the mask instead of putting them on seperate like my friend received. also both techs dipped into the product with dirty gloves and no spatula and my tech used broken gloves. so sanitation is also in question. the for message was supposed to be 15 min it was barely 10 min. then my tech dragged out po... read more
