Great customer service at a time we really needed it. The store and especially Riley went over and beyond to help us get a hire bed to be delivered the next day for my mum. The hiring process right down to delivery was just wonderful and we are so grateful to all for making it happen so quickly and so easily.
Ordered paid and parcel arrived with no notification and was returned because I wasn’t home and I’ve tried to contact then on many times I’d hate to count, no reply and no refund and no one will answer their phone sad to see really very poor company
Riley was extremely helpful with what was needing. It’s was all over the phone while I was in hospital and she was directing me to the right pages etc . Her care and attention I’ve not seen from a sales person in years and I lead a sales team myself. You have an excellent employee and should be rewarded and recognised
I am absolutely disgusted with Independent Living Specialists. I have been calling for over a week and not a single department answers, no matter which option you press. Not one phone call returned. No emails answered. Nothing. This is for an urgent mobility/aged-care equipment order for an elderly person who needs support to live independently and yet it is literally impossible to get a hold of anyone.
