Independent Living Specialist in 2037, Sandgate Road, Virginia is an excellent Store to visit for necessary equipments required by senior citizens and others requiring similar support and help. Riley was super friendly, professional and helpful and was able to source exactly what we needed to hire. Very efficient and cost effective. Would highly recommend.
Terrible customer service. Paid for wheelchair replacement parts 3/2/25, follow up emails and calls and as at 20/3/25 still no parts. Was told the parts were in transit then told the order had been lost. Sadly, the relative who needed to use the wheelchair has since passed and had no usable wheelchair for 6 weeks. I do not recommend this business.
