What a phenomenal company with phenomenal staff! I got struck down by a dog in a local dog park and after many hours waiting for an ambulance rang in desperation to see if I could hire a wheelchair so my friends and family could evacuate me and get me to hospital. From the moment Deema answered the phone I knew I would be ok! Not only did she organise a wheelchair immediately but her and Ella DELIVERED it to the dog park allowing me to get to hospital to get the care I needed. Thank you doesn't seem enough! A huge thank you to Riley at ILS Virginia. We had a minor crisis this morning with a client needing a hoist for the weekend, and Riley went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted. Even with the warehouse closed, she stayed calm, focused, and used her initiative to solve the problem. She prevented a person from being stuck in bed all weekend, no shower, no bath, no meals and potentially ending up in hospital ! we couldn't be more grateful for her help and 'can-do' attitude!
