From Brisbane, I organised the purchase of a Uccello Kettle for my mother in Townsville entirely over the phone. Very unhelpful bought a toilet aid and it didn’t fit and they refused to take it back so we could get something else Won’t be going back This is not what you need when you care for your elderly parent money is very tight😠😠😠
