Ordered adjustable queen size bed asked for the delivery time would they remove the old bed not our job? I don’t know why supposed to move it so I don’t know what to do. They got removalist. At $400.00 to put it in garage I supplied the tools NDIS money to burn

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have never been made to feel like such a useless human than I have by your manager. Please see attached emails.
