James and Noah went above and beyond to be able to get a complicated job done. While be polite and professional the whole time. However my recommendation is to sent them out with their own gas solding iron as not every customer will have one for them to use 😀
The item we specifically wanted was not available. But the shop keeper did offer advice .
Most staff go above and beyond. Can be hard to contact the store through phone. Tina is amazing!!
Quick, efficient service
Zero communication. Zero service. Called endlessly for 3 weeks, left several voice messages and sent several emails to get my daughter equipment fixed and not a single response. Still trying to gain contact.
