Kevin is my agent. He is such a professional agent. His assistant is also very nice and friendly. They make me feel very comfortable, confident, and reassured throughout the process.
Long overdue review... It's been just over a year since I bought my first home & I can say without a doubt - I genuinely regret going with Think Hallmark / Kevin Dieck. Definitely do NOT recommend Think Hallmark / Kevin under any circumstances. The fireplace debacle / dealing with the the other realtor, (Skye Meidam / Century 21 affiliated [incidentally, AVOID her like the plague!]) where he did NOT look out for my best interests as the buyer, & I was completely / objectively shafted on nearly everything regarding the firepl... read more

Kevin was the list agent for a property my client purchased. He did a great job keeping things on track, helping navigate some buyer & seller negotiations and ensuring we still hit the closing date on time. His communication was great! I would recommend him as an agent!
