I usually don’t leave reviews, but today I felt I absolutely had to. While using a tiller in my yard, I accidentally cut a buried cable. I searched Google for an electrician nearby and called this company. The owner kindly said, “If you send me a photo, I’ll take a look first — I don’t want to charge you unnecessarily by coming out if it’s not needed.” I sent the photo, and he called me back right away. Had an electrical emergency, and they came within an hour on a Sunday to check out the problem. They explained the gravity of the situation and the possible solutions in detail and answered my incessant questions. Work was done very quickly and high-quality, and the cost was more than reasonable! Will absolutely hire them again for non-emergency jobs (or emergency jobs, but I hope we don't have any more of those!)
I had a big power outage in my bedroom over the weekend and was in need of urgent help looking to get it fixed immediately. When I called Think Green to make an appointment, they were exceptionally accommodating as they were able to come at a time that worked with my schedule.
