Terrible experience with Think Contracting. Although roof and gutters were eventually completed, it took months of phone calls, e-mails, and finally complaints to BBB and Missouri Attorney General before work began. Do your research before signing a contract with Think or anyone associated with them.
Terrible! Liars, and bullies and awful service! They will tell you they will build in a few months and the take your money and then not build for almost a YEAR!!!!! DON"T BUY THE HYPE! They will tell you they know the business and can get you what your owed, but then take forever to build you! THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HIRED!!
I've known many of the Think team for some time now. Great roofing company, great people. I hope this helps...
