Called leaving a message, then had to follow it up with another message?? No response.. Will consider something/someone else.
I've been communicating with this company trying to ascertain prices for an event which aren't available online, (was referred to email them by the people whose event they have been hired to organise). The first person who responded to my email enquiry told me to get the prices from the website (which aren't on the website). I phoned them, the person on the phone didn't know the price so told me to email yet another person. The 3rd person I had contact with was passive aggressive & basically called me confused.
