Extremely disappointed with my experience. I repeatedly asked Think Blooms to remove my ex-partner’s name from their records, yet they continued sending me marketing emails addressed to that name. It’s unacceptable that such a simple request was ignored. To make matters worse, I clearly requested that no card be included with my order. They ignored my instructions, included a card anyway, and addressed it using my ex-partner’s name. Had the most wonderful experience this afternoon. Tiff and Maddy are the best- they were so welcoming, and generous with their time and help and I walked away with the most beautiful, light and lovely bunch of flowers. 10/10 good vibes and stunning flowers, would recommend and I’ll definitely be back again to get more beautiful bunches.

Lacklustre Mother’s Day arrangement. The flowers looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the website, even allowing for the disclaimer that arrangements may vary slightly. Extremely disappointed with the quality and presentation, especially for such a special occasion.
