I went in to purchase a last-minute Christmas gift for a family member. Upon arriving, I was not greeted, nor was I helped until I asked if someone could help me. I inquired about a piece I liked and wanted to get engraved. I was told that the turnaround rate was about 4 days unless I tipped $30; they could squeeze me in and finish it that same day. I left home and ordered it online, and it was ready for pick up in-store the next day.
I would give a negative review if I could. The customer service was horrible. I never complain about anything. I always felt that the holidays stress people out or maybe it's not a good day for them. I always try to smile and be nice to everyone. However, what they did was unacceptable. They had me come in 5x to pick up some items I had ordered. I went in because everything was 50% off and who doesn’t love an amazing sale? Heather was literally the BEST! I am getting married next year and wanted to get the card box, Champagne flutes, and serving set for my wedding. Heather was so helpful and made sure everything was perfect for my engravings. I got the card box already and I’m obsessed!
