Meagan was absolutely fantastic my item I ordered online was so beautifully done than she showed me some more gift ideas for a bride I ended up buying 2 more items she was able to personalize them both in about an hour while I was there waiting for her to finish up 3 other customers came in with questions about items being she was the only one working she was calm courteous and so professional
So many more options for gift giving.
They make extremely beautiful items but I’m extremely disappointed in the durability of the items I purchased. I bought my best friend and flute and cake cutter set for her wedding, while the groom and bride were cutting into their wedding cake the knife broke from its handle. This isn’t a cheap product so I’m definitely disappointed.
Website says closes at 8 pm, made it 20 minutes before and it was Closed on Wednesday 5/3 don’t know how early. Urgent gift had to pick up . Missed it
