So disappointed. The manager at 7pm yesterday (Sunday) provided poor customer service. She was in her early 20's. She was very unprofessional. When I was waiting, my mom called me. I was telling my mom about my experience (in Spanish) and told my mom that they should've shipped my item and expedited for free since they didnt have my item that i ordered online, in the store. I haven’t even received my items yet (as I just placed the order today) but the service I have received from the management team and store in general has gone above and beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service all around. 5+ for an excellent team. I live in Northern California and found this store to have most of my items. I had no problem paying for shipping (which isn’t a lot) to get exactly what I wanted. Thank you again and I look forward to receiving all my items. I bought a big snow glob from the store and I am not going to stop buying them from them because they are very nice people who helped me find the 1 I wanted 10/10 service keep up the good work
