The knives and stuff are a nice quality, but the etching isn't worth it, it is so lightly done that you can barely see it, and it has to be turned a certain way in certain light to be visible. The sales people also don't do a great job of talking to the ones etching, so one of my pieces was done wrong, and she offered to have it redone, but then it would have just wasted the piece. $10 for the first word, and I was told $3 for each additional, but then was told $6 when I asked about redoing the knife.

I remember the quality of the products/engravings being better 10 years ago. The two items I purchased yesterday are not the quality of the price. Both items have the engraved plates bowing instead of being flush with the product. I feel that if I am spending over 50 dollars for an engraved item, I should not have to be responsible for making sure the plate sticks to the adhesive which one item still does not want to remain in place.
