Called for info about engraving a humidor. Employee I spoke with said yes they could do it. I went later that day with humidor. Employee said couldn't engrave wood. Had to get a plate. Whole time employee Ashley "assisted" me. She didn't speak much. Had a blank expression on her face. As i asked questions and tried to go on with my purchase she seemed annoyed.
