Really beautiful gifts! We got something from them a couple years back for a kids 1st birthday and it’s still holding up! Great customer service too!
Called and asked 3 times if they engraved martini glasses. I walk in at rush hour, fill out a form, hand them my glasses, and they said they couldn’t do it. No apologies, or anything. I just put the glasses back in my box and left. I waited all that time just to be told no. I wish I saved the trip there. Very very disappointed.
