Did a great job on my engraving order.
Tried to exchange a personalized order which is permitted based on the return policy printed in store, on the receipt, and online. The manager refused (I think she is an older petite-ish blonde lady). They offered to engrave the next item for free but I still had to pay for it. I'm not one to cause a scene, so I paid. The next day, Monday, I called their customer care dept and confirmed their policy. They had to send an email to an area manager to tell the store to honor their printed policy and refund the charge for the exc... read more
