The assistant store manager, Milanna, was so fantastic! We came in for a super special item and she was so kind and understanding and helpful. She was also super courteous too and made the experience really enjoyable, the item we picked up looked beautiful, and she even took extra time to calm my anxiety. Cannot recommend this store or her enough!

I bought our champagne flutes and cake cutter and server for our wedding at Things Remembered and had them engraved there as well. Cory did such a wonderful job with the engraving and patience of making sure they were absolutely perfect as to how I wanted them. She went above and beyond and was extremely professional! I highly recommend Things Remembered for your next personalized gift or wedding memorabilia.
