Horrible service to say the least. I put in an order 2 days before Christmas. My order was simply a wine glass engraved with 2 letters. The First Lady I spoke to assured me that it would be done the next day after 6pm, which I was totally fine with. I was also a little skeptical about how under staffed and overwhelmed they were because they had orders overflowing on the shelves that poured onto the floor and next to used Starbucks cups from the associates.
