ordered a vase online for a wedding present, was given a timeframe for delivery to the store that was well within the timeframe needed for the wedding date. on promised date, found out that the vase wasn't going to be ready on time and even with a rush overnight by things remembered, didn't get the vase ontime even though there was an additional 2 days before the wedding. very disappointing. company shared a very small discount, but could have waived the entire engraving fee since they missed their commitment.
