Completely disappointed. If I could rate a zero I would. Spent 60$ on an engraved picture frame today for a birthday present for my father for his birthday that has a crack in it and they gladly gave it to me most likely hoping I didn't notice. Tried going back for them to fix it or refund but they claimed it probably happened after it left their store. BULLCRAP! Will NEVER go back, ever.

Good morning!! I originally placed an online order which was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I located the LOL snow globe at the Viewmont Mall store in Scranton, PA. The customer service reps from this store are absolutely wonderful as I had the pleasure of working with both Debbie and a gentleman(I believe his name was Jesse)!! I really like browsing what they have here as its a great spot for a cute gift for a loved one. They can order stuff but I haven't found the need as they have a decent selection of things.
