It is no surprise to anybody that this company is going out of business, they are a band of unhealthy hoodlums. Most whom I have seen are either extremely obese or skeletally thin people. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Ordered 3 items on the 9th of December, showed shipped on the 10th and then yep it happened. I called on the 18th asking why this hadn’t even showed that it had not left anywhere to ship to me. This was 3 gifts for 3 people and Things Remembered had no intention of ever shipping the order out. What a racquet, get paid and never deliver. I have used the Great Lakes crossing location for so many years . Loved this location. Even though it’s an hour from my residence . Unfortunately that just went out this window with today’s service . I know it is holiday season and it’s overwhelming for everyone . With that being said Still beyond disgusted .
