I can’t give someone one star unless they were really really terrible but my experience here was pretty bad. I had a set of Tiffany’s champagne glasses I was given when I moved in with my partner that I wanted engraved for our anniversary. I came in twice before committing to getting them done here just to check that they could actually be done and see what the process was since they were so nice. Walked in just to get some help for an engraving and the new manager there helped me. Her name was alivia and she did a way better job than any where else I went. I 10+ stars recommend for this place! Very calm environment also, something I need a bit more in my life! Haha

Higher quality merchandise that can be personalized with engraving or printing. Always ask if you cannot find exactly what you want as their catalog has a wide selection. Although engraving is a bit pricey, it is done professionally with a huge variety of sizes, fonts, placement, etc.
