Love the customer service and variety of items
If you're looking for elegant or memorable gifts, this is the perfect place. They will engrave almost anything, too. The staff is very nice and good at helping with selections. One of my favorite shops.
Terrible experience. The manager said to come pick up my door knocker it was supposed to be 2 and they only had one and when I would get my money back for the engraving, that they were going out of business & wouldn't do it. I went to go get it and the lady working said the manager told her to sell it and so they did just that. I feel ripped off from this business and I'm sure this type of business is what put them out of business.
